Dependencies

Power Automate Toolkit for Smartsheet

First, you’ll need access to the Power Automate Toolkit for Smartsheet, developed by Smart Workflow Guru, available through your toolkit membership.

Smartsheet

The solutions in the toolkit interact with the Smartsheet API, so a Smartsheet account with the ability to generate an API token is required. This means any account that is on a Business or Enterprise plan will work. At this time, Pro plans do not allow API access.

Power Automate

Solutions, including this toolkit, can only be imported into a Power Automate environment that has Dataverse enabled. If you’re not sure whether yours does, check under Power Platform admin center > your environment > Dataverse or contact your Microsoft administrator. Because of the advanced actions needed to create the custom actions, a premium Power Automate license is also required.
