Retainer
Your workflows keep evolving with new teams, new requirements, and new tools. A retainer gives you steady access to an experienced consultant who already knows your setup, without the overhead of a full-time hire.
Team Training
A solution only works if your team actually uses it. Training is built around your real system and the places your team keeps getting stuck, not generic tutorials.

How long does a typical project take?
It depends on the scope. A focused automation or report can be built in days. A full workflow overhaul or multi-platform solution takes longer. Scope and timeline are agreed on before any engagement begins.
Do you work with clients remotely?
Yes. All consulting work is done remotely. Clients have included companies across North America and Europe.
How much does consulting cost?
Pricing depends on the engagement type and scope. Project-based work is scoped and quoted before any work begins, and retainers are structured around your ongoing needs. The discovery call is the right place to talk through what a realistic investment looks like.
Is there a minimum commitment?
Not for project-based work or training, since each is scoped individually. Retainers have a 3 month minimum. If you just need help with a specific problem, a 1:1 coaching session has no long-term commitment.
