Interesting challenge! You could setup a time based notification that would include all rows change since the last notification, but that wouldn’t create the simple summary because it will just spit out a list of rows that changed in the email…

Before making any more suggestions, I need to understand a little bit more about the process. What is the frequency of the updates to the checkboxes. Are they on a certain cadence like once a day, twice a day, or do the scripts just run whenever?

If there is a specific cadence, then that’s a bit easier to deal with.
