This guy was pretty well hidden, but he was clear in his communication!
I was taking out the trash the other day, and disturbed him while he was sunbathing. Almost didn’t see him, but he communicated clearly, and IN TIME that I needed to stay away.
And I did!
Unfortunately, our software tools aren’t always so clear. And your colleagues probably wouldn’t appreciate if you rattled your tail and stuck your tongue out at them.
So… we have to be more subtle, but still on point to communicate clearly and on time.
Case in point, Smartsheet automated notifications are great at being sent based on specific triggers, but the formatting and lack of control over links can leave recipients confused about what to click, or not click.
Why not give your recipients a nicely formatted, clear email instead?
