How to Decide if You Need a Smartsheet Consultant or DIY?

Are on you on the fence about if you actually need a Smartsheet Consultant or if it’s better to do it yourself? I made a video to help you decide. You might be surprised that I actually start by giving you reasons when it’s appropriate to DIY vs hiring a consultant?

Why is that? I want to give a fair assessment of the situation, because building out solutions yourself can not only be rewarding, but can help accelerate your career. On the other hand, there are situations where doing it yourself doesn’t make sense, and won’t help you in your career.

The video also gives a little information about what a Smartsheet consultant does (or should do), and how you don’t need to always choose hiring a consultant over DIY. There is an opportunity to take an approach that utilizes both.
