Telecom: Portfolio-Level Reporting
A fiber-to-the-home company needed visibility across their entire project portfolio. Built a reporting solution that gave leadership a real-time view of project status, while allowing contractors to upload construction data, such as permitting statuses and documents.
Real Estate: Agent Performance Dashboards
A real estate broker office needed both office-wide visibility and individual agent accountability. Built a dashboard system where each agent has their own metrics view, with everything rolling up to an office-level summary for management. One source of truth, two very different views of it.
Manufacturing: Automated PDF Generation
A manufacturing company was manually generating hundreds of PDFs every month from Smartsheet data by embedding multiple row attachments into each PDF. That’s a lot of hours doing something automation can handle efficiently. The solution was to develop and deploy a Power Automate solution that now generates those PDFs automatically, with attachments included. Hundreds of hours saved monthly.
Construction: Sales Lead Management and Field Sales
A long-term construction client needed a solution that worked both in the office and in the field. Built and continue to maintain a Smartsheet and AppSheet solution for managing incoming sales leads on the office side while giving field sales teams a mobile-friendly interface to interact with their pipeline. This has been an ongoing engagement that has grown and evolved with the business.

How long does a typical project take?
It depends on the scope. A small reporting solution can be built in days. A full workflow overhaul or multi-sheet architecture solution takes longer. Scope and timeline are agreed on before any engagement begins.
Do you work with clients remotely?
Yes. All consulting work is done remotely. Clients have included companies across North America and Europe.
What makes you qualified as a Smartsheet consultant?
I am a published Smartsheet author with two Amazon bestselling books, founder of the Smartsheet Guru Elite, a Smartsheet Community Chamption, and an active Smartsheet consultant with clients across industries including telecom, construction, real estate, and manufacturing. I’ve been building Smartsheet solutions professionally for years and have taught Smartsheet users around the world through YouTube videos and online courses.
Do you only work in Smartsheet?
No. While I work extensively with Smartsheet, many engagements also involve Power Automate, AppSheet, and integrations with tools like Google Workspace and Microsoft 365. If your solution needs more than Smartsheet alone, that’s not a problem.

How much does Smartsheet consulting cost?
Pricing depends on the engagement type and scope. Project-based work is scoped and quoted before any work begins. Retainers are structured around your ongoing needs. The discovery call is the right place to discuss what your project involves and what a realistic investment looks like.
Is there a minimum commitment?
Not for project-based work and training as each of those are scoped individually. Retainers involve an ongoing arrangement with a 3 month minimum. If you just need help with a specific problem and aren’t ready for a full engagement, a 1:1 coaching session is available with no long-term commitment.
