Ever been confused about when attachments are included with Smartsheet notifications and when they aren’t?
I sure was when I was learning. It’s a common point to get confused on because the Smartsheet automation builder can make it look like attachments will be included with notifications when they really aren’t.
The problem isn’t that you’re doing anything wrong, but that the automation builder isn’t clear and doesn’t remove the option to “include attachments” as a field, even though it won’t actually send them out.
